All I got is this out of their mail notification sent to me :
Google is simply combining data they had already about me, (cough) from various different services and treating it as a one information source. Some kinda consolidation I guess, like from what you do on Youtube, Gmail, Google + or Google Search.
They said they are “getting rid of over 60 different privacy policies across Google services and replacing them with one that’s shorter, easier to read” and something that will enable it to create intuitive experience across Google”.
Google also provides a few illustrations in support of its argument. “Whether you’re reading an email that reminds you to schedule a family get-together or finding a favourite video that you want to share, we want to ensure that you can move across Gmail, Calendar, Search, YouTube or whatever your life calls for, with ease”, it writes on its Website.
See? They been stealing out privacy from years, now they are just unifying it, thats all. No need to worry. Ughh..
